Uhh, it's basically the world's most efficient apartment complex and, as long as the prisoners are worked properly, at the most extortionate rates. If you can't turn a profit in that circumstance, you're Trump.

...except you're forgetting the massive costs associated with keeping prisoners locked up in the first place. If it was just an apartment where you didn't have a large force of guards among countless other expenses, it would be tenable. Or if laws allowed mistreatment and we lived in a nation where labor was more valuable, it might be.

As for your bizarre attempt to work in a Trump joke, I can only assume it's referring to his casino problem which affected *most* casinos in the area.
