I usually snack during brief breaks at work instead of eating a full midday meal; I'll often do the free yoga class here on Tuesdays for an hour in lieu of lunch (did not today for four reasons). That's 3 hours. I'll also walk at least a half hour, often more, after work barring any crazy weather... so that's at minimum six hours a week. It's probably 7-8 total. And yes, I am losing weight rapidly. When I move out, I plan to get an exercise ball and a foam roller.
