Because Colin is clearly offended by the nation itself? He's protesting police killing black people. No one is calling the national anthem offensive. He's not protesting a song. He's protesting the nation because he's attacking a symbol of the nation. If he's specifically protesting something else, he should go about in a different way especially since the national government isn't directly involved in the enforcement he's supposedly protesting. I'd draw a parallel or make a metaphor, but it's hard to make his ridiculous actions seem any stupider. jramirez23 posted... a boycott against In-N-Out in CA started because it makes political donations.
