| Zeus 07/26/18 10:52:41 PM #11: | lolwut? Literally anybody can go to rehab for drug abuse, assuming they can afford it. With celeb ODs, the cops usually aren't involved at all because somebody else finds the person. The people who get arrested for possession are the guys cops bust buying the stuff or find passed out in a park. Otherwise, there are countless programs now that offer rehab instead of prison (especially for heroin) and it's a growing trend (thanks to propaganda pieces blaming doctors and drug companies for the heroin crisis), so this topic is even stupider. --- (\/)(\/)|-| There are precious few at ease / With moral ambiguities / So we act as though they don't exist. ...
