They're even below the aforementioned Qatar (ranked 112). Ignoring that the fact that you're trolling yet again, the CATO Institute is a right-leaning (some would say far-right-leaning, given its ties to the Koch Brothers) think tank with substantial biases. It's how a country using pretty literal slave labor (Qatar) could rank above Russia for human rights. But sure, feel free to write off a world leading, fully developed nation because of McCarthyism 2.0. Instead, you could have voted for some of the round's other top choices -- Rwanda and Republic of the Congo.
