But in the ultimate of ironies, Fawcett let the trademark lapse on the character after DC screwed them over, so when DC finally got their hands on the character, they discovered to their horror that they couldn't actually sell a comic book with his name on it, because Marvel had locked down the trademark in the meantime. Now Marvel's pretty much going to hold on to that trademark forever, partly to spite DC, and partly because they don't want any characters with "Marvel" in their name being published by anyone other than them. --- "Wall of Text'D!" --- oldskoolplayr76 "POwned again." --- blight family ...
