I have a extra question for the class, in honor of the new topic:

Hypothetically, science perfects human-form robots, and they become cheap enough that many people own one (and they are tested enough that we're sure they won't go defective or try and kill us all). The only condition is that, for socio-political legal reasons we won't get into, every robot needs to be cast in the likeness of its owner (and it will look exactly like you).

Also, for utility purposes, the robot will be programmed with an artificial personality similar to your own, and will be programmed with a copy of your memories, but will NOT (as far as you know) have self-awareness or motivation of its own.

Someone (who isn't important - it could be someone you know, your employer, or even part of a contest) offers to buy you a free robot (or maybe the robots just become so cheap and ubiquitous that pretty much anyone can buy them for almost no cost). If you accept it, you can basically have it do whatever tasks you wish, whether incredibly menial labor like cooking and cleaning, more advanced tasks, or pretty much anything that you can think of that a absolute slave could do.

Would you want one? Or would it be too creepy for you for whatever reasons might motivate you?

Bonus Question: Would you have sex with it?

Second Bonus Question: Would you have sex with it if it still acted like you and had your memories, but looked like a very attractive individual of whichever sex you are usually attracted to?
