(35 y/o) Yes, you should be at least 35 years or older to govern the U.S. No, I believe that someone under 35 years old should be able to govern the U.S. View Results It was written into the constitution that no one under 35 years old can be our president. Is this a fair law? If not, what age would you consider? 30? 25? 21? 18? Keep in mind--- there are a lot of straight shooters under the age of 35.
