I know the NES was incredible for its time, but I don't consider any of the games on it fun to revisit, save for the Super Mario Bros. series and Kirby's Adventure. All of the other Nintendo systems are still hooked up in my house, ready to go. Well, besides SMB, it also had some of the best Mega Man games. However, in general, the way the NES's library aged (and, even for the time, it had a lot of terrible cash-ins) is kinda why GC and NES is almost a toss-up for second for me. The vast majority of N64 games have aged horribly. The only reason people like it these days is nostalgia.
