1. jews believe God gave them the land
2. muslims believe God gave them the land, then took it away

they both agree on the first part
the differ on the second part

both acknowledge the Jews had it first as well

so if a kid has a toy and their dad recently passed away
1. he says his dad gave it to him
2. his brother says his dad gave it to him, then disowned him and now it is his

would it really be logical to punish the kid whom the dad gave the toy to when the brother acknowledges the dad gave it to him?
we don't know whether the dad did disown the child, but we do know from agreement that the dad gave him the toy
