Like if you wanna drop the rate of a character, you should release more characters to do so. Double stacking one color is just the way to do it with less work that makes people upset. 4 characters on the banner, make em 4 colors. 3 characters on a banner, make em 3 colors. That's just how it should be. If people don't want a character, then they don't want it. Should've picked a better character to release. --- No problem!
