Snake5555555555 10/19/17 1:59:16 PM #151:	I think The Conjuring was definitely helped along by the big successes of Insidious and Sinister and I think it did things with a tad more restraint to make it seem like a smarter film. Of course, it definitely owes a lot to Paranormal Activity as well. Zombies are still pretty big though if fatigued and I think slashers are bigger than they have been for awhile, but they've sort of evolved into a hybrid of slasher/home invasion movies. --- I once read that names which begin with the letter 'S' are the names of SNAKES!
