Well this is a meta-nomination. Snake Ranks Anything Horror Related was the start of something fresh, new, and exciting before becoming commercialized and getting a sequel and presumably yearly installments like it's the Paranormal Activity or Saw franchises. Please stop me if I'm about to do a list from a space station, reboot the first list, or do an unnecessary origin story for the list series. We all know I copied this idea from Johnbobb anyway.

In all seriousness, the list was one of my favorite projects I'd ever done, 2nd only to my 20th Anniversary Resident Evil Retrospective. As a huge horror buff, it was really fun to check out the things I wasn't familiar with and expand my horror knowledge to areas I usually don't pay much attention to. I was really happy with the reception and conversations the list generated because that's always the most satisfying area with me, and I felt really proud to have trdl show the list to his friend to help out with his writing. It's small but it meant a lot to me. In short, it was a fun time and I'm glad to be doing it yet again this year with a batch of equally interesting nominations.
