I personally just find it a forgettable part of IT that I really didn't think much about. I didn't particularly like the CGI used to bring it to life and found it creepier as just a painting. Other than being used as Stan's main fear in a few parts, it's also not really a huge part of the film either. I'm happy other people are recognizing her as a memorable part of the film, but for me, she falls into a generic category and I won't be rewatching the film just for her. --- I'm not a miracle worker.
