Have a tentative date set for next weekend. She seems way too excited to go out though, almost seems like a red flag.

Having never been in a relationship I don't think I have a fear of commitment but I am afraid I do and that when the chance arises I will run away.

Also I really need some closure with the girl I hung out with last year, like we haven't even seen each other in months but I need some answers about stuff.

We were suppose to hang out tonight. She canceled. This isn't the first time.
I know people outside the situation would say just tell her to "fuck off" but I could never. She isn't a bad person she is just dealing with a lot. It seems like a lot of people in the past have treated her overly negatively about stuff and I am not going to add to that.
We talked on the phone for awhile and she really talked a lot about missing me, which I believe, but at a certain point (unless we go back to seeing each other all the time) I will have to just tell her "goodbye" and I know I am putting it off, not just because of how it will affect her, but how it will affect me.

I don't really know. This is what happens when you are 33 and only had one person ever really care about you that way. You don't know how to handle any kind of emotions.
