Or sort of deaf, because she has a hearing aid. Honestly, I couldnt quite nail down her hearing status. She gets picked on a lot for being deaf, which is confusing to me. I cant recall a single instance of ever seeing anyone get picked on for something like that. Looks-wise, shes pretty good. Really, Im more concerned about the deafness. I wasnt sure where to place it. Its clearly not a normal part of looks, but it is a physical attribute that doesnt fit in under the other categories. Personality-wise, Nishimya is overly apologetic, a little depressed, and extremely forgiving of others even after they bullied her. PWC-wise, again, I see nothing problematic. In fact, I just so happen to live near one of the best California colleges for deaf people. About a third of my classes involved someone sitting up in front and doing sign language for a student. I wonder how you do sign language for complex math stuff? Ill never know. Overall I think I moderately overranked Nishimya? Im not sure why I gave her such high looks and personality.
