Eh, it's definitely gotten worse since Greenlight. 60% of Steam's library was added in 2016, largely because Greenlight had stopped enacting any sort of effective quality control whatsoever. With the demise of Greenlight, hopefully the new Steam Direct will alleviate that a bit, but I definitely wouldn't say Steam's quality control problems have always been as bad as they've been in recent years. --- This is my signature.
