For starters, much of the land was PURCHASED from natives and other parts were won by conquest, same as literally every other nation on the planet and the same as NA tribes did to each other. As for slavery, the the colonies were long established before the earliest incidents of indentured servitude being extended indefinitely. But keep revising that history until it fits your narrative!
