Not changing socks each day - I can go days wearing the same socks. Sometimes even underwear.
*I do this too, I usually use underwear twice before switching (Depends if I did something that made me sweat etc)....I sometimes go 3 days with the same socks)*
Smoking - Although I'm currently trying vaping and haven't smoked in two weeks.
*Not me, never started as I figured it was a waste of money*
Poor sleeping - I hardly sleep it seems

Not washing my hands when using the toilet - I've been improving on this front but still not perfect
*I always wash for #2, but not always for #1 (but I always wash before cooking etc). I sit down to pee though (just habit from being married and not needing to worry about raising/lowering the seat), so there isn't really much reason to wash after that for a guy*
Swearing - I enjoy it.
*I'm actually trying to swear more now, since I'm not teaching. Years of teaching Elementary broke me of any swearing habit, but now I can again*
Drinking Tea - I drink way too much so no surprise I have a high caffeine intake. This and the nicotine probably ties into my sleepless nights and shakes.
*Sorry, I can in no way understand or condone considering drinking tea as a bad habbit*
I skip breakfast - Probably not a good thing.
*I don't like eggs, and have mostly skipped breakfast throughout my life, when I'm being healthy I try and force myself to eat something, but in times like now, I just say screw it.*
Spending too much time online - See above.
*Meh, not really a bad habit if it's not getting in the way of things you should be doing. I spend a ton of time online, but still get what needs to be done, done, so it's not a bad habbit for me*
