I like plucking rando hairs, like sometimes I pull the longest eyebrow strand I have or after a shave I pick at any spare hairs I missed, or shit even sometimes I'll grab some tweezers and see if I can find some rando ingrown hairs on my leg. It's a weird habit.

Poor sleep habits, poor dietary habits, often taking "no" for an answer instead of coming back with a more compelling argument/value proposition, and chronic over-sharing. Plus responding in far too much detail to troll posts at times and spending far too much time refuting something inconsequential.

That's like saying being a certain race or religion is a habit. It just doesn't work that way. Instead, maybe your complaint should be along the lines of "being passive" or "not engaging."

That's not a bad thing. That just means you're not living up to the standards of extroverts, but extroverts are bad people anyways. They intentionally try to make you feel bad for ignoring them, to coax you into giving them more energy. Don't fall for it.

Let's see. From the top of my head:

Not changing socks each day - I can go days wearing the same socks. Sometimes even underwear.
Smoking - Although I'm currently trying vaping and haven't smoked in two weeks.
Poor sleeping - I hardly sleep it seems
Not washing my hands when using the toilet - I've been improving on this front but still not perfect
Swearing - I enjoy it.
Drinking Tea - I drink way too much so no surprise I have a high caffeine intake. This and the nicotine probably ties into my sleepless nights and shakes.
I skip breakfast - Probably not a good thing.
Spending too much time online - See above.

*Meh, not really a bad habit if it's not getting in the way of things you should be doing.
I spend a ton of time online, but still get what needs to be done, done, so it's not a bad habbit for me*

It's safe. The whole knuckle cracking is bad for the joints myth, has been disproven heh.. so you're safe to continue. But most people, my wife for example; find it creepy lol.
When I crack my neck/shoulders, the sight/noise combination tends to freak some people out. :x

I stay up until 4:30 AM and it keeps getting later.

I reuse laundry until it smells. Socks until they feel gross.
My room is disgusting and I never clean it.
I save homework until the last second.

At the end of your life you don't get a gold medal for not having bad habits.

ME too and the worst thing is I have scoliosis so it's actually physically painful that I can't hold myself up straight when I walk. yay

I'm kind of a slob.
I grind my teeth.
I bite my nails.
I over eat when I'm stressed. Plus it's mostly junk.
Talk to myself a lot, and under my breath around others.
I spend way too much time on here.
Poor sleeping habits.
I bottle up my emotions for years, until I burst in a fit on anger and tell everyone off, then deal with the aftermath for weeks. Talking to you guys has helped ease this one quite a bit though.
