Poor sleep habits, poor dietary habits, often taking "no" for an answer instead of coming back with a more compelling argument/value proposition, and chronic over-sharing. Plus responding in far too much detail to troll posts at times and spending far too much time refuting something inconsequential.

That's not a habit. That's a way of life. And you can be social and still be an introvert.

It could be a 'habit' when you don't wanna be an 'introvert' in certain situations.

It's a 'Bad' habit (for me, anyway) to totally not talk/engage with people socially when you know you probably should.

That's like saying being a certain race or religion is a habit. It just doesn't work that way. Instead, maybe your complaint should be along the lines of "being passive" or "not engaging."
