I'd go one step further and say that alcohol itself is poison.
If moderate ethanol consumption could kill, you'd have a point but since our bodies are designed to metabolize it safely and for some the resulting intoxication is enjoyable, your whole "schtick" is pointless.
"Safely" to a point, the liver isn't immutable. Also you can still die of alcohol poisoning, it's not that hard, you just need to drink enough of it. Also, it being enjoyable doesn't mean anything, it's a drug and can be used as a poison pretty easily. It's not as effective as other poisons, but poison never the less.
To be clear, I don't give a shit if people drink or not, just don't lie to yourself that it's not bad for you. Same thing with cigarettes.
This. Additionally, it's worth noting that the "enjoyable effects" come directly from the poisonous aspect which damages the body's normal functioning. And, of course, just because you can "safely" consume a poison in relatively low doses doesn't stop it from being a poison.

There are plenty of legal moonshine brands on the market.
Real moonshine is made in the woods outside the law where the end product is 150+ proof in most cases, not in a legal distillery where the end product in most cases are sub-150 proof.
