i'm almost literally #1 in all the service level objectives you set for our department on my team with the fastest cycle time from received to closed for my claims. there's literally no reason for me to work over time.

The first thing that my brain processed out of all of that, based on those few lines, is that other people in your department aren't getting their work done, and she's trying to push you into working overtime so that she can slowly push their unfinished work off on you as well.
