Topic	This 19 y/o Black Girl was BEATEN by COPS who thought she was a 5'10 BALD MAN!!!

Yes but she should be able to sue for damages on the mistaken identity Yes and it was an innocent mistaken, she shouldn't be able to sue because she didn't comply No way in hell she matches that description and should SUE them No but i don't think she should be able to sue because it was her fault the cops had to act out View Results 19 y/o Tatyana Hrgrove was contronted by police at gunpoint and PUNCHED in the mouth and BITTEN by a police dog after she was mistaken for a marcher LARGER BALD MAN who was suspected of threatening people with a machete!! The NAACP caught wind of the attack that contends that race played a role in the incident as the video viewed more than 3 million times. She is shown now in crutches with close ups of the scratches, bites, bruises and scrapes on her face and body. Tatyana was riding her bike to a store to buy a Father's Day gift on June 19th but the stoer was closed and went back home. The temperatures were high at 102F and had 3 water bottles in her backpack so she stopped to drink.. She said "I turned around and there were 3 cop cars and one of the officers already had his gun drawn at me" It escalated after the officers demanded to look in her backpack and she asked if they had a warrant..The Officer then grabbed her by the wrist and neck and punched he and threw her to the ground where she was then bitten by a dog. A cop put his knee on her back and another knee on her head. She said "I told him i can't breathe, i can't breathe and i started yelling out somebody help, somebody help me, they're gonna kill me" Tatyana was then arrested for suspicion of resisting and delaying an officer and aggravated assault after they beat her and threw her in a cop car and said she LOOKED like a guy that matched their description. Her parents are furious as he rmother was in tears after hearing of the attack.. The cops later told her mom it was a case of mistaken identity and when she asked if her daughter was ok, the cop said "Well she's alive and she's in the hospital" Her father said "They would say my daughter attacked them come on, she's 5'2 and 115lbs soaking wet and that she would attack a 200lb man" Police mistook her for a 5'10 BALD MAN who was also 170lbs in their description..He was also a 25-30 year old man Christopher Moore who arrested her said she "appeared to be a male and matched the description of the suspected". He said they only got aggressive because she started to leave and didn't realize she was female until she said her first name... The real suspect was 24 y/o Douglas Washington who now in jail..
