PO calling out Zeus? This topic is awesome.

Not really a call-out, but whatever.

So in Zeus' warped reality Bernie is guilty without a doubt even when the allegation is total bullshit and yet Trump is totally innocent of obstruction of justice and collusion with Russia.

To be fair, I don't think he's saying that at all, at least for the first few posts. It looks like he was saying that if an investigation turned something up that came about due to hearsay, you shouldn't dismiss it because it came about due to hearsay, but otherwise you really have nothing solid to go on and it absolutely should be dismissed. In later posts he kind of lost the plot though.

Also keep in mind that the fraud charges weren't hearsay (making the title completely misleading), the claim that Bernie used influence was. Not to mention that a regular politician doing something politicians routinely do is more plausible than Erik's claim that Trump is a Russian sleeper agent.

It's an indisputable fact that Jane Sanders falsely reported donor contribution levels. The issue is whether she knowingly did it and, given the discrepancy, that seems likely. For Bernie's part, the allegation (ie, the hearsay) is that his office put pressure on people at the bank to push the loan through. The two issues aren't necessarily joined at the hip, either. Even if Jane gave fake numbers out of idiocy rather than theft, it's possible that Bernie's office illegally pressured the bank.
