Halfings no. Halflings live about as long as humans, since they're a copyright-evading low budget generic version of hobbits. Hobbits supposedly have roughly the same lifespan as humans and the only reason Bilbo lived as long as he did was through the Ring. Dwarfs vary by continuity, but elves are generally depicted as being nearly ageless. In Tolkien's works, they only seem to die of injury or disease. Granted, elves -- in most continuities -- are basically humans+. They're portrayed as being the same height or taller, more attractive, far longer-lived, physically stronger, more agile, more magically attuned, greater resistance to disease, etc. The only thing that humans are better at is multiplying faster, since they always seem to wind up outnumbering elves and most other races. Probably a reference to North Africa's Arab population since Arabs apparently count as white.
