It's pretty clear Russo's been floundering around in a desperate bid for relevance for a while now, and he's just discovered that Cornette's about the only person left on Earth who is still willing to respond to him, so he just takes the occasional potshot and Cornette talks about beating the shit out of him, because that's what Cornette does.
