At least the only info I can find is from indonesian sources, and this says it's printed in indonesian... and yes the doujin was in English instead of Japanese so

prof also talked again about Islamic community doujins and passed around this other thing that was more identifiable (actually had arabic writing on some pages)... although he again mention it's kinda forbidden in Islam to make, but that the community still exists
