Recently there was a case where three people kidnapped a mentally handicapped dude and beat his ass live on there. Last year this lady live streamed the police shooting her husband during a routine traffic stop. Livestreaming somebody else doing it is different, but yeah, I recall those racists who hate-crimed that mentally ill guy (and before that, you had a group who livestreamed a rape).
