I think WWE (and most wrestling in general) has been terrible for a long time so I stopped watching it long ago and haven't picked back up on it since. Why that's so hard for other people is a mystery. It's like some sort of masochism is going on there. It kinda becomes a combination of habit and addiction. I was watching it for a long time without really enjoying it but couldn't stop incase I missed something or the show took a massive turn and became consistently better (and it seemed like it was about to every other week!). There's so much content when it comes to the WWE that after you've been consuming so much of it regularly week to week, it's a difficult thing to just cut and run. There's a name for it, I think, when people get invested in something to that extent. I eventually did though and outside of maybe peeking in at WrestleMania (but not watching it), it's been like three-four+ years.
