I have three computer forensics certifications and I've worked in a couple of computer forensics labs. Depending on the caseload, it takes months. Do you have some kind of insider knowledge that I don't? lol not even close. They don't let people know the shifts of every police officer working in every department, how many guards are on duty, the approximate place to put a magnet so it destroys evidence, etc. How he could just know all of these elements is just idiot plot. Everyone is stupid but super genius Walt. And that's why the show dipped in quality in the last season. You can literally just google "police department floor plans" and get a bunch of results like I just did. Given that this is a FICTIONAL universe, it's not implausible for them to get the floor plans. Hell, they could have just paid off a clerk in the planning office.
