Probably fun if you really like Royal Rumbles.) 11. 2003 12. 2010 13. 1996 14. 1989 15. 1988 16. 2013 HHH Tier (Some enjoyable moments, but generally kinda boring or derivative, and more bad than good) 17. 1993 18. 2005 19. 2008 20. 1991 21. 1995 22. 1998 The Authority Tier (The type of stuff you want off your television well before it finishes.
