No, it makes perfect sense. We already have something like it to draw from. It's a really stupid idea anyway because it means Udyr, Trundle, Nunu, et al are completely broken while Lee Sin, Wick, and the like get chucked to the wayside, but it's a change that reduces the ability of your lane buddies to gangrape the target, in certain cases.
