Why does she get a free pass simply at "reality manipulation"? Like I've said, Goku by Dragonball GT has taken down reality manipulators (the Shenrons), which Mr. Popo puts on record as having more or less idly destroyed an entire solar system before.
Well, this is non-canon so should be discounted anyway.
What's more, DBZ characters have their reality "manipulated" fairly often and more often than not their powers can overcome that. See stuff like Vegito kicking ass when he got transformed into candy, or Buu literally breaking out of an alternate dimension by yelling.
This is a more solid argument. Gotenks could open a dimension by screaming, Goku could probably do the same.
