dispel bound doesn't have any passives. you might be thinking of the judas pains there. dispel bound is a shield for 'whatever it is that i can think of.'
Could be. The info on Darsh is mostly incoherent on Dispelbound - I've seen six different interps on it and all of them were backed by scans so IDGAF on how ir works exactly, just that it does.
