Sailed back to Tule, Faris went back to the Inn. Went to Zoc's house and he's now (unsuprisingly) home. Lenna tells him we need to go to Walse and he have to pass through the canal (the one that apparently attacks women). It's too bad because Zok has apparently lost the key to the canal. It's a good thing the government trusts large scale transportation site safety to an old man. We stay the night.
Eerie music in the night, and Bartz gets up and walks outside. Flashback tells us that Bartz's father has something to do with the protection of the crystals. Back inside, we see Zok preparing to molest Lenna in her sleep while she mumbles about her father. He thinks better of it, and reenters the main room. He approaches Bartz, and tells him that he hid the key for Lenna's safety, but he now gives it to us. Woo hoo!
I still haven't decided what jobs to give my characters yet. Is there anything extremely helpful I should know?
There are a lot of spells Blue Mages can only learn in one area or from one boss, so keeping a Blue Mage around a lot will rarely be a bad thing. As I recall, Samurai and Ninja have some amazing abilities, but I don't think you have those yet.
