I don't know what weird porn you're watching, but there is almost nothing shown in the porn I watch that is unusual in the bedroom except for a few trivial things that everybody knows are porn staples.

The only thing I can think of that is unrealistic about the porn I watch is the scenarios, which are usually so cheesy they clearly aren't meant to be taken seriously and are just an excuse to fuck each other, the physiques of the actors (both men and women), the lack of real foreplay before both parties are ready: dudes usually have an erection without any foreplay and the girls can take massive dongs without almost any foreplay, which is common knowledge the male actors get hard off-screen and take drugs to assist with maintaining it during the parts of the scene they aren't being stimulated and the women usually lubricate themselves off-screen to give the illusion that women are just walking around soaking wet and can take a dick without any foreplay at a moments notice lol, and finally, the finale where the guy finishes on the girls face, which most women don't like, but pulling out and finishing on a girls chest or belly instead is a pretty common consolation prize if you're using "pull out method."

Take that out of the equation, and it's pretty basic shit: They start with oral (usually both parties, sometimes only the male party, which isn't ideal for the woman but isn't necessarily unrealistic), they fuck in various positions until completion, and then pull out and finish.

I don't get this weird shit where people say porn is "violent towards women," which isn't present in any of the porn I watch. I'm inclined to think they are giving themselves away that they watch really fucked up shit.
