You know I love you, but this ain't it. If anything, it's the opposite: more people need to be accepted as 'American' than the dumbfucks are willing to accept

But they are American already, and embracing your national/ethnic heritage while being American, especially someone so recently removed, is something that is uniquely American. What they get mad about is when they dont fully assimilate and blend in with what they consider to be American norms.
