Topic	Anybody here know what time we're supposed to "fall back?"

I tend to sleep past dawn, so I honestly don't care when daylight starts, but even when I was in school, it being dark out vs not dark out was really a total non-factor in my life. Being dark at dinner -- and my parents ate dinner pretty early -- combined with being bleaker throughout the day takes its toll. February is universally my worst month of the year because I've been enduring several months of this crap. And then DST hits and the days naturally start getting longer, and my life moves on. But damn if I'm not functionally useless, bordering on suicidal, in February. Therefore, I'm all for keeping DST year-round.
