Why would you blame the victim who usually has done next to nothing to be targeted when you could blame the puking shit stains that viciously beat the living shit out of someone for no reason?

Because school employees are usually massively underpaid and expected to handle a fucking load of work. Unfortunately, the people doing the bullying are beneficial to them because of the American mentality of "It's just going to get worse if I get help." By virtue of keeping work off their table.

It's a circle of pure self serving bullshit, but it's how things go here. It's a huge part of why our school system is fucking awful.

Note I'm not saying this should be accepted, it's just... How things tend to be. It's really fucked up.
