Topic	I've basically worked 15 hours a day every day for the past 2 weeks.

Its incredible how poorly workplaces are treating their people right now It only took them the duration of the pandemic to realize they can treat workers like **** because of 1. the staffing shortage and 2. the people who show up to work want and/or need to work There's just an ridiculous amount of pressure to deliver a product in an unrealistic amount of time and coworkers who will randomly be "taking a walk" in the middle of the day, or are grossly mismanaged, or not managed at all.
