He loves power rangers. He was pushing hard for a movie starring him iirc but it ended up just becoming the battle for the grid game. Which he did the VA of his character in.

He even played his characters in the Super power beat down web shows

I'm not sure he so much loves the franchise as he realizes it was the only way he'd ever make real money. He never had any real success outside of Power Rangers, so he's been milking that for decades. (And he's also kind of an asshole.)

Amy Jo Johnson went on to have an acting career, but most of the original cast didn't really do anything (Walter Emmanuel headlined a show that flopped, and did some commercials, though). And I think Johnny Yong Bosch was the only one of the replacement cast -- or from the early seasons -- to be more famous for other roles, because he was a prolific VA, to the extent that some people don't even remember him as Adam, the second black ranger.
