A very sobering article. With the increases in data/technology it seems like gerrymandering will only continue to get worse. You would think (haha) that there's an eventual breaking point, right? It's one thing to have, say 60% R reps vs. 47% R votes, and quite another to have 75% R reps for 42% R votes.
