Topic	Lmao so much for a remake (FFVII Remake Intergrade spoilers)

Resident Evil 2/3 being remakes didnt stop it from retaining the same story, more or less. Same with the remakes of earlier Final Fantasy games. Because some of yall might think Im a hating-ass hater, I do appreciate the risks theyre taking here; admittedly a timeline where Zack and Aerith live is very tempting. However, that would take away from what made the first game and Crisis Core that much more meaningful while also completely destroying Clouds original motivation for much of the early game, and the fact that we hit so many major story beats in the Midgar alone (fighting Sephiroth, most of Shinra, seeing nearly all the party members), it makes me wonder if they might have done it just to raise the stakes a little more.
