Specifically because this was a man that claimed to be a woman and that somehow reduces his culpability. People are saying he is not murderer because he beat someone to death. Most time that is manslaughter. As for the gay panic, you keep saying advances. These where not advances. (from what we bee told) He had relations in a manner where he would not have otherwise had relations . That is all about consent. He didn't kill someone because they came on to him.
