Nobody is perfect all the time. when you fixate on trying to not do something, you just make it harder on yourself. Relax, dont worry about it. though I will say that if you find it difficult not to fixate on certain things, or if certain thoughts continue to intrude your mind, you may consider seeing a psychiatrist.
