That's true every state, but most are gaining population. I mean california mostly has, too. This is the first time it's actually lost people afaik.

I will say this about the work side in CA, if your occupation or company is closer to the 18th century than the 22nd century, you may find it tough. This state is R&D oriented.

I'm from San Jose lool. My dad lost his job when the dotcom bubble burst (he installed cubicles for tech companies lool) and I've lived in Arkansas ever since.
