Abnormality vs insanity. Honestly, like half of all serious crimes seem like nobody in their right mind would do them. If we relied on the metric that the crime itself demonstrates mental illness, then every mass shooter would qualify for insanity.

Only in the case of revolutionary leaders, terrorist leaders, and criminal organization leaders. El Chapo can escape just about any prison, but he can't escape the grave... or can he?

Most crimes I don't really see the point, maybe excluding murders that happen behind bars because at that point you'd be threatening somebody in prison with more prison.
