All marketing people at resorts (people who book you for tours) have a comp. plan where they get a set commission for each tour they book. At the end of the month, they get bonuses for certain goals on how many tours they book. At the end of the month when they're trying to max out on bonus they start offering, at my resort, $200 Amex gift cards, two round trip airline tickets, and free weeks at resort.
Sucks for us when we get a tour at the end of the month and no shit their gift are 1 week at any of our resorts, a $200 amex, and round trip airline tickets. Hell, why buy anything when you're already set for your next vacation?
Lol we did ours on the last weekend and they did throw in free days, but not free flights. It was June, though, so close to peak traffic I would imagine
