| Hexenherz 10/10/20 6:51:54 PM #7: | Also it's their job to care. Their job is to teach. The best measure of how they are doing their job is student performance. If students aren't getting good grades, it's a sign that the teacher isn't doing their job well enough. Additionally, the teacher might have lived through some of the things that the student did, and is disheartened the student is making the same mistakes that the teacher did once upon a time.
